How can you get to meetings? 

The easiest way is by local train (Toyotetsu) to Daigaku-mae station.

Then:

Go through the main gate:

Go straight ahead and follow the path between the sports ground and this building:

Keep going, with the sports ground on your left:

Go as far as Building 4, turn right before turning left. This is what you will see:
