"It's been two weeks since I left Japan on a snowy day. I'm enjoying Sydney very much. It's not so hot as I expected.

There are 8 Korean, Thai, Indonesian, Chinese, and Taiwanese in my class. The class starts 8:30 in the morning, and we talk about yesterday/weekend's happening in pairs. It is quite interesting. One of the Korean students saw her host mother naked in the morning. "When I saw her, she said that's O.K , don't worry, but I'm not O.K. Fortunately, that was not my host father!," she said. She always tells us funny stories about her host family. The Indonesian student saw women fighting in the bus. All of the students in the class are very nice. We are getting to know each other."

My Korean friends and I went to the city to celebrate New Year's Day according to the lunar calendar on 23th January. China and Korea's New Year Day is 23th January, and Thailand and Indonesia is different. I realized that celebrating New Year on 1st January is rare in Asia. It was so crowded in Chinatown, but we could see beautiful fireworks.

Also, we went to the beach by a ferry. I want to send some landscape pictures because I'd like to show you how beautiful they are. "
