Just speaking and listening, or reading and writing
as well?

elementary school?

4: How can homeroom teachers improve their English
skills and confidence?

in language(s) and increasing knowledge about other
countries and cultures, be combined?

bringing it into other subjects?

introduce new material and recycle material?
