The person who I respect is Yutaka Sado.

Now, he acts as the regular conductor of the Orchestre des Concerts Lamoureux, in Paris and the first guest conductor of the National Bordeaux Aguitaine Orchestra.
He conducts many other orchestras.
Especially, he is held in high regard in Paris, because the number of subscription members increased by four times, after he took up his post as regular conductor of the Orchestre des Concerts Lamoureux.
He has achieved exceptional results, because he has conducted all the four big orchestras in Paris.
He produces concerts for children and conducts them.
He is also the regular conductor of the Siena Wind Orchestra.
I wanted to go to Siena's concert held in Nagoya, but tickets were sold out at once, I could not get one.
He plays the recorder very well.
The recorder is the starting point as a musician.
