On 6th February some students wrote about their memories of university life.

Kota writes: "My student days were always club activity. I belonged to the volleyball club. I learned or experienced not only volleyball skills but also good relationships with others, making efforts to achieve our goals with my fellows and making many new friends.
To absorb something makes our daily lives fantastic. If you have a chance to try something, you can absorb it. Everything is O.K. like the class which you are interested in, club or part time job etc.
Meeting many people is always a new discovery. Friends or teachers increase my sense of value. And to continue something is very important. When you face difficulty, if you continue to try it, you can solve or find something about that, as I found in the English class! I am going to study English thoughout my life."

Koichi writes: "I have experienced many things for four years. Those are several, for example both happy things and sad things. But I think that I could acquire important things through my student life.
One is friends. I could get many friends, especially, in the club and subject. And I did several things with them. In the club, we have played volleyball and baseball. After the club we often ate dinner and talk with each other about our lifestyles, hobbies and so on. On the other hand, I ate dinner and drank with friends of the same subject. It was the most important for me to spend much time talking with both kinds of friends.
Now I think I am a happy person because I am surrounded with many friends. But we have to graduate from this university soon, so I feel the sadness that we cannot often see each other in the future."

Mari writes: "When I reflect on my four years at this university, the memories are of having lunch with my friends at Hanes. I always looked forward to lunch time. I talked a lot with friends about studies, hobbies, news and loves. My life in university have always been with my friends.
With university friends, I went out to a lot of places. I come here from another prefecture, so I didn't know about this area. However, my friends who come from the local area took me out for shopping, sightseeing and dinner.
When I start my job, I won't have enough time to come here. I may miss the place and the time to talk with friends. But, I want to treasure my friends all the time."

Seijiro Tsutsui has joined the class regularly for a few years. He writes about why he is motivated to continue studying English.
