October 2004 Picture of the Month: ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) Exhibition at Nagoya Messe Exhibition Centre between 17th and 24th October as part of the World Congress on ITS. It was open to local people as well as those in the industry.
Exhibited there was this innovative high-speed electric car developed at Keio University.
