Friday 5th March (pm): Link-up with Thai students.
The breakout rooms provided opportunities for individualized communication and authentic 'negotiation of meaning',
given that there were native-speakers (Japanese) and language learners/L2 speakers (Thais).
The Thai members connected individually from their homes, while Japanese members joined in small groups
from the university:
