February 2015 Picture of
the Month

Nagoya, about an hour by bus and train from AUE, is Japan's fourth
biggest city by population,
with a population of over 2.2 million. While Sakae was
historically the hub of the city,
redevelopment around Nagoya Station has changed the balance. Here,
current construction
can be seen, with an office block above the central post office on
the left and a new building
replacing the landmark 'Dai Nagoya Building' on the right. These
high buildings make the area
very windy though!
