On Monday 15th October, Kuo Feng-lan, a visiting professor from Taiwan
talked about Elementary School English Education in her country.  It started
in 2001 and she described issues including teacher training and the employment
of native speakers as teachers, as well as problematic factors such as differences
according to location in the number of hours of lessons which students can experience.
