PICTURE OF THE MONTH - SEPTEMBER 2011



Aichi is famous as a car centered location, both for manufacturing, car ownership, and enthusiasm for driving. 
Here, we see a quiet area of the prefecture north of Okazaki face a noisier future, as work continues on construction of
a viaduct which is part of the 2nd Tomei (Tokyo-Nagoya) Expressway.  This section is due to open in 2014.
